1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Speedster Racing Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Speedster Racing Academy provides racing education, training programs, and related services including but not limited to:

• Racing school programs and courses
• Professional racing instruction
• Vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Racing equipment and gear
• Track events and competitions

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid government-issued identification required
• Medical clearance may be required for certain programs
• Completion of all required forms and waivers

3.2 Registration Process

• Online enrollment through our website
• 50% deposit required at registration
• Remaining balance due one day before the event
• Confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Current pricing: $1,600 per person per day
• Additional services may incur extra charges

4.2 Payment Methods

• Credit/debit cards accepted
• Bank transfers accepted with prior arrangement
• Cash payments accepted on-site
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

• 30+ days before event: 75% refund of deposit
• 15-29 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• 8-14 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
• 7 days or less: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Speedster Racing Academy

• Full refund if event is cancelled by us
• Alternative dates will be offered when possible
• No additional compensation for travel or accommodation costs

6. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

6.1 Inherent Risks

Racing activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Vehicle accidents and collisions
• Personal injury or death
• Property damage
• Weather-related incidents

6.2 Safety Requirements

• Mandatory safety briefing attendance
• Proper safety equipment must be worn at all times
• Compliance with all safety rules and regulations
• Immediate removal for safety violations

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Participant Behavior

• Respect for instructors, staff, and other participants
• No alcohol or drugs during programs
• Professional and courteous behavior required
• No harassment or discrimination tolerated

7.2 Disciplinary Actions

• Verbal warnings for minor violations
• Immediate removal for serious violations
• No refunds for disciplinary removals
• Future participation may be restricted

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Speedster Racing Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage
• Travel or accommodation costs
• Lost wages or business opportunities

8.2 Insurance Requirements

• Participants are responsible for their own insurance
• Health insurance coverage recommended
• Personal property insurance recommended
• We provide basic liability coverage for our operations

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

• All content, logos, and materials are our property
• No reproduction without written permission
• Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes
• Participants retain rights to their personal content

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
